Job summary

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group (PRMG) is seeking a Retail Mortgage Clients Services Intern to support the front desk at the Cliffside Park, NJ branch. You will assist with greeting visitors, answering calls, routing inquiries, and liaising between customers and staff while learning the mortgage industry under a Branch Manager.

This internship offers exposure to customer service, mail handling, and servicing operations in a casual, yet professional, team-oriented environment that values

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Windows proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Administer front-desk area, liaising between customers and co-workers in person, via phone and/or email.
• Answer and route inbound telephone calls, respond to inquiries, take messages or transfer/paging as appropriate.
• Greet and direct visitors.
• Open and distribute inbound mail.
• Manage and post outbound mail according to policy.
• Receive, route, log and distribute deliveries including FedEx, UPS.
• Maintain adequate supplies of shipping and delivery materials from various vendors.
• Secure offices at closing.
• Other duties as assigned.
