Qualifications

• Mortgage servicing experience required.
• 1-2 years of call center experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with other teams and business areas.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve homeowner issues using our mortgage servicing system.
• Track and thoroughly document all homeowner communications.
• Promote Carrington-specific products and services with a focus on homeowner satisfaction.
• Compile lists of delinquent accounts and locate homeowners using multiple data sources.
• Listen to homeowners and determine if past-due payments can be collected.
• Collect payments or set up repayment plans and update records when loans are current.
• Other duties as assigned.
