Responsibilities

• Make outbound/inbound calls to leads to set appointments.
• Build and manage database of potential contacts and interest level.
• Verify customer information in Salesforce and ensure proper assignments.
• Ensure data integrity within the lead management system.
• Schedule follow up reminders and client/partner meetings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients.
