Responsibilities

• Monitor and post claims in compliance with laws and guidelines.
• Interact with attorneys, investors, insurers and others involved in claims.
• Maintain QA metrics and adhere to policies.
• Prioritize work to ensure timely resolutions with partners.
• Follow up on outstanding requests from internal and external partners.
• Use exception reports as key risk controls.
