Job summary

PRMI is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations. You keep originating; we supply processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching.

Keep originating purchases and refinances through your referral network, recruit and coach loan officers a few hours weekly, and lead the branch’s culture and P&L.

Qualifications

• Have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). You hold a Principal Lending license, or can get one where your state requires it.
• Have a strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Are a player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
