Job summary

PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage in Mansfield, OH to continue originating loans while building a high-performing branch. You’ll keep your production while we supply processing, underwriting, and back-office support.

You’ll recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, steer the branch culture and P&L, and leverage a referral network to grow volume. This is an on-site role with a strong compensation package including base salary and branch overrides.

Qualifications

• 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). You hold a Principal Lending license, or can get one where your state requires it.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
