Job summary

PRMI is seeking a top-producing Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn from its production, without sacrificing their own deals. This on-site role in Passaic, NJ provides processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching.

Keep originations, recruit and mentor loan officers, and lead the branch's culture and profitability while expanding your leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Retail mortgage origination experience required.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS).
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Player-coach or team-lead ready for your own branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
