Job summary

PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage in Paterson, NJ to keep originating while building a high-performance team. You will leverage our processing and back-office support to stay focused on production and coaching, while growing the branch’s pipeline.

You will recruit, mentor, and coach loan officers, driving the branch’s culture and profitability. This role rewards production with a robust compensation structure and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with Principal Lending license or ability to obtain where state requires it.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
