• Branch leadership experience required.
• Experience with loan processing and underwriting workflows.
• Familiarity with closing and title requirements.
• Knowledge of automated underwriting systems.
• Understanding of government-backed loan guidelines (FHA/VA).
• Ability to analyze self-employed borrowers and tax returns.
• Proficiency with mortgage software and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop branch staff.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for originations (FHA/VA/CONV).
• Develop branch business and meet goals.
• Lead hiring, orientation, and performance reviews.
• Coach team and promote professional collaboration.
• Interface with lenders, escrow coordinators, design centers and sales agents.
• Resolve borrower and team issues; ensure regulatory compliance.
