Job summary

Envoy Mortgage in Phoenix seeks a Producing Branch Manager to recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing origination team. You will direct day-to-day loan production and branch operations to meet targeted goals.

You will mentor loan officers, ensure regulatory and investor guideline compliance, and develop new origination opportunities while managing revenue and expenses. A strong background in DU/DO, LP, Encompass, and Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or related field is required/preferred.
• 7 years related mortgage origination experience, with 2+ years Branch Management preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in sales leadership role managing Loan Originators preferred.
• Demonstrated success in growing sales and revenue; personal monthly volume or team volume targets typical.

Responsibilities

• Promote Envoy’s products to Real Estate Agents, Home Buyers, and referral sources.
• Provide leadership for branch employees with high ethics and fair treatment.
• Mentor Mortgage Loan personnel to improve knowledge of policies, processes, and guidelines.
• Stay current on policies, regulations, and investor guidelines; ensure compliance.
• Manage branch revenue and expenses to meet company objectives.
• Procure new loan applications that result in funded loans.
• Ensure marketing and operations comply with Envoy standards and overlays.
