Job Summary:
As a Mortgage Banking Associate, you will gain hands‑on experience in the mortgage industry while training to become a Mortgage Loan Officer. You will work closely with borrowers, follow up on leads, and utilize our CRM to manage client interactions. All leads provided are inbound, giving you a great opportunity to connect with interested borrowers. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in mortgage lending, develop strong sales skills, and provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist borrowers throughout the mortgage process by gathering documentation, answering questions, and providing guidance.

Follow up on inbound leads from various sources, including inbound inquiries and marketing campaigns.

Utilize the company’s CRM to track client interactions, update records, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.

Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company policies and guidelines.

Participate in ongoing training and development programs to prepare for the Mortgage Loan Officer role.

Qualifications:
