• Proficiency with Encompass and CRM tools.

• Must maintain state approved loan originator license(s).
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners.

• Successful track record for closing residential mortgage loans while maintaining compliance with federal and state mortgage lending laws.
• Utilize CRM and Encompass to track leads, applications, and client interactions.
