Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation seeks an experienced Mortgage Banker to serve a growing client base in Dallas. You will represent a full range of mortgage financing, develop new business, and educate real estate partners on loan options.

The role emphasizes relationship building, community engagement, and timely loan closings, with compensation tied to draw against commission. A strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines and NMLS license are required.

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree and 2–3 years related mortgage lending experience.
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, FHLMC, FNMA and private investors.
Ability to perform complex mathematical calculations and learn complex technical information.
NMLS license required; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships internally and externally to set up long-term sales success.
Actively engage in the community to connect with individuals and businesses.
Generate business and close on time to ensure a seamless lending process.
Collect and analyze clients’ financial information to determine loan eligibility and investment suitability for the bank.
Train new real estate agents and brokers in financing, qualifying buyers, and lending guidelines.
