Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation is seeking an experienced Mortgage Banker in Austin, TX to represent a full range of mortgage financing and originate loans through soliciting individuals, groups, and real estate professionals. You will educate targets about features and benefits of BOK Mortgage financing and build long-lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree and 2-3 years mortgage lending experience.
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
Knowledge of FHA/VA/Conventional underwriting guidelines.
Ability to perform complex calculations and learn technical information.
Proficient PC and 10-key by touch.
Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
NMLS required.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain client relationships to generate long-term sales.
Engage with the community and real estate professionals to generate business.
Generate business and close loans on schedule for a seamless lending process.
Collect and analyze clients’ financial information to determine loan eligibility.
Train real estate agents and brokers on financing and lending guidelines.
