A prominent financial institution in Dallas is seeking a Mortgage Banker I to generate mortgage loan production and develop relationships with clients and referral partners. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in mortgage banking and a strong understanding of relevant regulations. Responsibilities include increasing business relationships and servicing clientele, with a commitment to delivering excellent client experiences. Formación

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage banking.
• Advanced knowledge of RESPA/government regulations for residential mortgages.
• Must be/become registered and licensed in the NMLS.

Responsabilidades

• Generate mortgage loan production from leads and referral sources.
• Develop referral partner relationships with Banking Center Associates.
• Monitor marketplace competition and trends.
