You will generate loans by building relationships in both the community and within the bank. This position offers a minimum wage plus a draw against commission, fostering long-term sales success.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related mortgage lending experience.
• NMLS required.
• Thorough knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional lending guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships internally and externally.
• Engage actively in the community.
• Generate business and ensure a seamless lending process.
• Analyze clients' financial information for loan eligibility.
• Train new real estate agents and brokers.
