Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking an experienced Mortgage Banker in the Austin area to generate mortgage loans by building relationships with clients, real estate brokers, and builders. You will educate targeted sources about BOK Mortgage financing and maintain an active call schedule.

You will educate, qualify, and guide clients through underwriting processes, aiming to deliver a smooth lending experience and strong client outcomes within our full-service bank.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 2–3 years mortgage lending experience.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• NMLS license required.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships to set yourself up for long-term sales success.
• Engage with your community, making meaningful connections with individuals and businesses.
• Generate business and close on time to ensure a seamless lending process.
• Collect and analyze clients’ financial information to ensure loan eligibility and determine if they are a good investment for the bank.
• Train new real estate agents and brokers in areas of financing, qualifying buyers, and lending guidelines.
