Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Originate portfolio loans in line with investor guidelines and state/federal laws.
• Develop and maintain referral networks with Realtors and community sources.
• Manage a clean loan pipeline and coordinate with processors, underwriters and closers.
• Explain closing costs and disclosures; prepare applicants for the process.
• Coordinate closings with borrowers, agents and closing partners; ensure timely communication.
