Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring a Mortgage Support Associate in a hybrid role based near Martinsburg, WV. You will handle mortgage data tasks, create disclosures, and review contracts to support loan applications.

The position offers training and growth within Home Lending, with a focus on accuracy and timely communication with vendors and internal teams. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with onsite work during training and ongoing hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail to complete mortgage orders.
• Ability to review contracts and purchase documents accurately.
• Experience communicating with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Pull tasks requesting data and documents for mortgage loans and complete orders and follow-ups.
• Communicate in writing and verbally with vendors and company employees.
• Maintain high level of accuracy throughout the mortgage order process.
• Create initial disclosures for applications that meet requirements.
• Review purchase contracts and understand contract details.
• Support learning mortgage processes and potential advancement within Home Lending.
