Job summary

TEKsystems in Pensacola, FL is hiring for an entry level Mortgage Processor Assistant to support first mortgage loan processing under a Fortune 100 institution.

You will collect and verify income, assets, title, appraisal, HOI, and other documents; assist Processors to prepare underwriting submissions and keep automation milestones on track. This hybrid role requires strong communication and system navigation.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Real Estate Lending systems, policies, procedures and practices.
• Effective verbal and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
• Must be able to work hybrid- distraction free environment and direct access to router.
• Must have high speed cable or fiber internet (no wireless).

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Processors, enabling them to focus on member engagement.
• Collect, review, and verify mortgage applications and supporting documentation for underwriting submission.
• Evaluate and gather documentation for Initial Credit Review (ICR) submissions.
• Submit and manage tasks and documentation through HomeSquad and follow up on title work and inspections.
• Ensure key loan milestone dates are captured to support automation.
• Index and image documents accurately and complete missing system fields to ensure data integrity.
