Job summary

NW Recruiting Partners seeks an Account Manager with mortgage industry experience to manage existing client relationships, grow accounts, and introduce customers to additional solutions. This is not a loan origination role; it’s a B2B sales position based on an established client base.

You will maintain relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a superior client experience. The role offers a stable base salary with uncapped earnings potential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales, account management, or related experience.
• Understanding of the mortgage industry is required.
• B2B or inside sales experience is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales conversations.
• Candidates with mortgage industry background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of accounts and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Develop an understanding of client businesses, goals, and challenges.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs.
• Follow up with inbound leads and conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients.
• Lead discovery conversations and uncover opportunities for additional solutions.
• Present products and solutions via phone and virtual meetings.
• Manage sales opportunities from initial conversation through close.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to support retention and satisfaction.
• Partner with internal teams to address questions and ensure a strong client experience.
• Keep account activity, opportunities, and sales information updated in the CRM.
