LenderMAC is seeking an Account Executive to complete a comprehensive training program and build a robust client portfolio. After training, you will perform strategic outbound outreach to expand the customer base and drive growth in mortgage and real estate finance solutions.

You will manage a pipeline, maintain client relationships, and collaborate with teams to optimize production while staying informed about market trends and competitive dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Demonstrated interest in real estate, mortgage, or finance-related topics.
• Coachable, Motivated, and Adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Trained in our various loan programs and the loan process.
• Daily outreach to potential clients.
• Manage a pipeline of loans while juggling other responsibilities.
• Maintain client relationships through constant communication and meetings.
• Track, analyze, and present personal efforts to increase partnerships and production.
• Stay updated with changes in regulation, macroeconomics, and housing market trends to understand the industry.
• Understand our competition and how we stand against competitors.
• Provide feedback to management on how the company can improve workflow, pricing, and competitive standing.
