The ideal candidate will manage the Broker & Account Executive relationships and ensure the loan process runs smoothly. They should have 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager in the mortgage industry and proficiency in Encompass. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager in the mortgage industry required.
• 5+ years preferred as a Wholesale Non-QM Account Manager.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact to assigned Brokers & Account Executives.
• Conduct daily review of active pipeline and identify follow-up actions.
• Review documents prior to submitting to underwriting.
• Organize and evaluate documents via Encompass.
• Work with internal departments and external parties to move loans.
