Job summary

United Wholesale Mortgage is seeking an Account Executive to build and nurture broker relationships across the U.S. You will train brokers on EASE, guide programs and processes, and act as the primary resource for clients, delivering timely loan updates and solutions.

You’ll drive business growth by maintaining a strong pipeline, coaching partners to success, and meeting or exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced, relationship-based environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of mortgage sales experience or 1 year of relationship-based sales experience.
• Knowledge of retail vs wholesale lending is preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, professional demeanor.
• Proficient with technology and CRM systems, able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with broker accounts nationwide.
• Train brokers on EASE, programs, products, guidelines and processes.
• Serve as the go-to resource for guidance and solutions for clients.
• Provide up-to-date information on products, resources and industry updates.
• Champion brokers to help loans succeed and exceed sales goals.
• Monitor account performance and manage a robust loan pipeline.
