Guidance Residential is seeking a Mortgage Account Executive (Somali or Urdu/English bilingual) in Ohio to drive loan production and client satisfaction. The role focuses on guiding clients through the home financing journey, maintaining a robust sales pipeline and promoting Sharia-Compliant products.

The ideal candidate will surpass monthly sales goals, manage multiple priorities with strong communication, and engage with Muslim-American communities and Mosques.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to articulate product features, benefits and value.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the homebuying or refinancing process with a transparent, professional experience.
• Convert leads into funded home financing contracts; target 3–4 closed contracts per month.
• Maintain an active pipeline by following up with clients, inbound leads and referrals.
• Host and attend outreach events promoting Sharia-Compliant home financing at mosques, organizations and community gatherings.
• Develop relationships with referral partners, including real estate agents and community leaders.
• Collect and review loan documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.

We are seeking a driven Mortgage Account Executive to join our field sales team providing front-line customer service helping families navigate the home financing process.

Your Impact:

• Guide clients with the homebuying or refinancing process, delivering a transparent and professional customer experience.
• Convert leads into funded home financing contracts, consistently achieving a target of 3-4 closed contracts per month.
• Exhibit unwavering dedication to surpassing monthly home financing sales goals.
• Manage an active pipeline by following up with clients, responding to inbound leads, and generating new business through networking, outreach, and referrals.
• Host and attend outreach events and educational seminars promoting our Sharia-Compliant home financing product at local mosques, organizations, and community gatherings.
• Build relationships with referral partners, including real estate agents and community leaders.
• Collect and review required loan documentation ensuring completeness and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in articulating product or service features, benefits, and value.
• Detail-oriented and the ability to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously.
• Familiarity and connection with local Muslim-American communities and Mosques required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and managers via telephone, email, and in person.
