Job summary

Guidance Residential, LLC is seeking a motivated Mortgage Account Executive to join our field sales team, helping families navigate the home financing process with transparency and faith-aligned service.

You will convert leads into funded contracts, manage an active pipeline, and represent our Sharia-Compliant home financing product at community events and with referral partners. In-person work in Fremont, CA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience articulating product features, benefits and value.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and clients.
• Familiarity with local Muslim-American communities and Mosques required.
• Bilingual - English/Urdu or Arabic preferred.
• Effective communication with customers, employees and managers via phone, email and in person.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through homebuying or refinancing, delivering a transparent and professional customer experience.
• Convert leads into funded home financing contracts, targeting 3-4 closed contracts per month.
• Exceed monthly home financing sales goals with dedication and initiative.
• Maintain active pipeline by following up with clients, responding to inbound leads, and generating new business through networking and referrals.
• Attend outreach events and seminars promoting our Sharia-Compliant financing product at mosques and community gatherings.
• Build relationships with referral partners such as real estate agents and community leaders.
• Collect and review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy.

Your Impact

• Manage an active pipeline by following up with clients, responding to inbound leads, and generating new business through networking, outreach, and referrals.
• Host and attend outreach events and educational seminars promoting our Sharia-Compliant home financing product at local mosques, organizations, and community gatherings.
• Build relationships with referral partners, including real estate agents and community leaders.
• Collect and review required loan documentation ensuring completeness and accuracy.
