Dunkin’ in Knoxville is hiring an AM Crew Member to join our fast-paced team and help open our store at 5:00 AM. You’ll arrive by 4:00 AM, greet guests, prepare and package food and beverages, and keep the store clean and organized.

This part-time role requires reliable transportation, strong customer service, and the ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided; growth opportunities are available within a supportive team.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation.
• Previous food service or QSR experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Arrive by 4:00 AM to begin opening prep duties.
• Greet and serve guests with a positive attitude.
• Prepare and package food and beverages according to Dunkin’ standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Support closing duties as needed (available as late as 11:00 PM).
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders.
