Dunkin’ in Harriman, TN is seeking an AM Crew Member to support early-morning store opening and guest service. You’ll arrive by 4:00 AM for opening prep, greet guests, and prepare drinks and food to Dunkin’ standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

This part-time role offers paid training and growth opportunities. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, with reliable transportation recommended.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation.
• Previous food service or QSR experience is helpful, but not required.
• Paid training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Open prep duties starting at 4:00 AM.
• Greet and serve guests with a positive attitude.
• Prepare and package food and beverages to Dunkin’ standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Support closing duties as needed (up to 11:00 PM).
• Work with team members and shift leaders.
