Dunkin in Nashville is seeking an AM Crew Member to join our team. The role involves opening duties starting as early as 4:00 AM to ready the store for our 5:00 AM opening, greeting guests, preparing food and drinks, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.

Ideal candidates are 16+ with strong communication, dependable and punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting. Previous food service helps, but is not required; paid training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation.
• Previous food service or QSR experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Arrive by 4:00 AM to begin opening prep duties
• Greet and serve guests with a positive attitude
• Prepare and package food and beverages according to Dunkin' standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Support closing duties as needed (available as late as 11:00 PM)
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders
