Job summary

Dunkin' in Clinton, TN is seeking AM Crew Members for part-time, early-morning shifts starting as early as 4:00 AM to prep for a 5:00 AM opening. You will greet guests, prepare and package food and beverages, and help keep the store clean while supporting a fast-paced team.

No prior food service is required; must be 16+ with reliable transportation. Paid training and growth opportunities are offered. Weekends/holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation.
• Previous food service or QSR experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive by 4:00 AM to begin opening prep duties
• Greet and serve guests with a positive attitude
• Prepare and package food and beverages according to Dunkin’ standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Support closing duties as needed (available as late as 11:00 PM)
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders
