Dunkin in Sevierville seeks an AM Crew Member to join our fast-paced team. You will arrive by 4:00 AM to help open, greet guests, and prepare food and beverages to Dunkin standards.

This entry-level role is ideal for early risers who value reliability, teamwork, and great customer service. Paid training and opportunities to grow with the brand are provided.

Evening availability is a plus, and occasional weekend shifts may be required to support store operations.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be available to work as early as 4:00 AM for opening shifts.
• Evening availability until 11:00 PM is a plus.
• Weekends and holidays may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Arrive by 4:00 AM to begin opening prep duties.
• Greet and serve guests with a positive attitude.
• Prepare and package food and beverages according to Dunkin' standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Support closing duties as needed (available as late as 11:00 PM).
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders.
