Job summary

Bluemont Group, operating a Dunkin’ in Knoxville, is seeking an AM Crew Member for part-time shifts with an early start, arriving by 4:00 AM to open for a 5:00 AM start.

Greet guests, prepare and package food and beverages to Dunkin’ standards, and maintain a clean, organized store while collaborating with teammates and shift leaders.

Must be 16+, with strong communication and customer service, reliability, and a can-do attitude for mornings, weekends, and holidays; paid training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Previous food service or QSR experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive by 4:00 AM to begin opening prep duties

• Support closing duties as needed (available as late as 11:00 PM)
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders
