Job summary

Dunkin in Clinton, TN is seeking an AM Crew Member for a part-time role with early morning shifts starting as early as 4:00 AM. You will greet guests, prepare foods and beverages, maintain store cleanliness, and support closing tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Previous food service or QSR experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive by 4:00 AM to begin opening prep duties.
• Greet and serve guests with a positive attitude.
• Prepare and package food and beverages according to Dunkin' standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Support closing duties as needed (available as late as 11:00 PM).
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders.
