Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate and lead the team, ensuring a great guest experience and smooth daily operations. You will work closely with the General Manager to set the tone and morale of the store.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, opening/closing with minimal supervision, and maintaining food quality and safety standards. This role offers growth opportunities within the company and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess, or be able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state driver’s license is preferred but only required at specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
