Qualifications

• Assist the GM to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure food and beverage quality and maintain a clean, safe store.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Handle varied hours including early shifts and weekends.
