Clark Holdings Inc. / Tim Hortons in Pembroke, NY seeks a full-time Shift Supervisor for mornings, including weekends, with a 5am–3pm shift. You will oversee restaurant staff, assist with orders, and ensure a clean, smoothly run operation.

Successful candidates will have management experience in food service, ServSafe-certified, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. This role reports to the Restaurant Manager(s) and involves ensuring top customer service and safety

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; minimum age 18.
• Minimum of 3 months previous food service management experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certified.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and time management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Tim Hortons products and procedures.
• Active listening, interpersonal, delegation, conflict management, respect for others, and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example in demonstrating and reinforcing positive customer service behaviors.
• Respond to customer service complaints, resolving problems, and turning negative situations into positive ones.
• Assist in scheduling staff breaks and tasks to maintain high Tim Hortons standards throughout the day.
• Be flexible on the floor to troubleshoot and address any issues as needed.
• Pre-screen and interview employees to fill various openings.
• Support the restaurant's training program and ensure employees have the necessary tools and support.
• Supervise the performance of hourly employees during shift, ensuring alignment with company policies and taking corrective action when necessary.
• Stay updated on health and safety regulations and employment legislation.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback to management about any issues with operations.
• Monitor food flow and equipment maintenance to serve safe food to customers.
• Monitor and promptly respond to company email messages.
