Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in behavioral health or social services.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel and in client database usage.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with accessing basic needs (clothes, food, hygiene).
• Verbally de-escalate situations between participants.
• Maintain safe, respectful environment and enforce program rules.
• Engage participants to explore case management needs and referrals.
• Collaborate with case managers and staff to implement service plans for coordination of care.
• Foster community and address barriers to housing success with participants.
• Monitor noise/activities to protect peace for residents, staff, volunteers, and neighbors.
• Complete shift tasks on time and attend required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain cleanliness in communal areas and participant rooms; patrol premises.
