Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and ability to handle crisis situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cover crisis hotline and complete client intakes and orientations.
• Develop and review safety and goal plans with clients.
• Document all client interactions and referrals accurately.
• Provide advocacy, transportation assistance, and household coordination.
• Assist with shelter operations, inventory, and fundraisers as needed.
