Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and provide friendly service.
• Know menus and specials well; communicate them to guests.
• Check ID and serve alcoholic beverages per laws and regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of service areas and bar.
• Take orders quickly and accurately from guests.
• Accommodate guest requests and offer alternatives as needed.
• Ensure guests enjoy their meals and address any issues.
• Handle payments using the POS system and process transactions.
• Clear and reset tables; perform opening and closing duties.
• Perform any other duties as requested by management.
