The Fontaine, A Kansas City Hotel is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, guide them through the menu, take orders, and ensure timely service with a focus on presentation and guest satisfaction.

Applicants should have a Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable, a high school diploma, and 6 months to 1 year of serving experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Guide guests through the menu, providing recommendations and answering any questions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
