Job summary

Michaels in Draper, UT is hiring for a store team member to provide friendly customer service, help shoppers find items, and complete fast checkouts. Youll participate in truck unload, stocking, and maintaining in-stock, well-merchandised shelves. You may engage customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and assist with BOPIS and SFS processes.

Applicants must meet U.S. legal requirements and be at least 16 years old; prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Operate cash register and ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Assist with store merchandising, stocking, and planogram compliance.
• Promote Rewards program and credit card enrollments.
• Support omni-channel activities including BOPIS and SFS.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
