Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Educate customers on rewards program and credit card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Complete merchandise recovery and stock in-store.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Interact respectfully and promote the company values.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
