Encanto Palms Assisted Living is seeking a Medication Aide for a 6am-2pm shift to assist in administering medications to residents under supervision. The role requires careful documentation and coordination with nursing staff.

The position begins at $20/hour depending on experience, with a 5-day weekly schedule and every-other-weekend requirement. Arizona Caregiver certification, fingerprint clearance, CPR/First Aid, and Food Handlers are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school education or its equivalent.
• Arizona Caregiver certification is required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general information.

Responsabilités

• Follow facility policies in administering medications to residents.
• Note and report errors in medication administration.
• Prepare, administer, and document medications accurately as ordered.
• Verify resident identity before medication treatment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting of medications.
