Dial Senior Living is seeking a part-time Medication Aide to administer resident medications and provide personal care in a community setting. You will document administration, monitor health and safety, and support daily living activities while upholding privacy and regulatory guidelines.

The role requires a Certified Medication Aide certificate or state med pass, basic First Aid training, and experience with older adults.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide certificate or state med pass certificate.
• Basic First Aid Training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in working with older adults.
• Experience in medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and on schedule per plan.
• Document medications given or withheld per policy.
• Monitor residents' health, safety, and well-being.
• Record changes in residents' status and vital signs.
• Complete incident reports and update residents' records.
• Respond to emergencies with first-aid as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as required.
