Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments to residents.
• Observes residents taking medications and documents effects and any adverse reactions.
• Communicates concerns to Wellness Director, Wellness Coordinator, or designated personnel.
• Supports residents with activities of daily living and preserves independence and dignity.
