Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Arizona Caregiver certification required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or required as listed.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Food Handlers certification listed in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as ordered by physician and in accordance with nursing standards.
• Document medication administration accurately.
• Report medication errors and participate in QA programs.
• Follow facility policies for medication handling and disposal.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and pharmacy for medication management.
