Sandpiper Hospitality in Arvada, CO is seeking a Full-Time Morning Shift Guest Services Ambassador (GSA) to anchor the AM operations and be the welcoming face of the hotel. Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Responsibilities

Assume operational responsibility and provide secondary leadership for staff in the absence of the Property Manager.
Greet guests warmly and provide an excellent guest experience; ensure guest satisfaction.
Coordinate front desk operations including check-ins, move-outs, renewals, reservations, property tours, and events.
Ensure safety of the building and occupants and respond effectively in emergencies.
Drive revenue through lead management and upsell ancillary offerings.
