Job summary

Sandpiper Hospitality is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to be the essential face of the hotel, managing front desk duties and supporting cross-functional hotel operations. You will greet guests, handle reservations, coordinate check-ins and sales events, and uphold safety and policy standards.

The role also includes revenue-focused tasks, ancillary sales, laundry duties, and cross-training across non-management staff to ensure smooth property operations.

• Strong negotiation and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience by greeting guests warmly and assisting.
• Meet with guests regularly to determine satisfaction and resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate front desk operations including check-ins, move-outs, renewals, reservations, tours and events.
• Ensure safety of the building and occupants and respond to emergencies according to procedure.
• Document work activity and follow all policies and procedures.
