Job summary

Village Health Clubs and Spas in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Cafe Attendant to welcome members and guests, take orders, and deliver food in a friendly, efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Six months of basic food/customer service experience.
• AZ Food Handlers Card required.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Background check required.
• Cafe or restaurant experience in high-end health club or country club settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attract and retain members by consistently providing the highest excellent customer service.
• Assist guests with any service requests, ensuring the guest is the highest priority and outstanding service is provided.
• Process and prepare food/drink orders for all members as required.
• Responsible for cash and charge, balancing draw at shift open and close.
• Maintains clean work environment which includes; cleaning and stocking necessary supplies during shift.
• Completing side duties before and at the end of the shift and other duties as assigned.
