• Responsible for hiring, staffing, scheduling and training of department staff.
• Prepare and manage departmental budget.
• Plan and execute club events.
• Offers member services such as racquet usage, balls, and reservations.
• Conducts regular department meetings.
• Participate in Manager on Duty System.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
